New Business/Committee Reports:
President:
• Reminder: Leveling tournament in Huntsville August 20-21, 2022
o We are going to have 20 teams at the leveling tournament, biggest group ever.
o SAHA – In the coming weeks we will recieve the affiliate agreement and some Safe Sport documents. We are required to send these back to them, signed, before we can have access to the portal to claim players and coaches and form rosters.

o We can start sending in rosters to Debbie Polk, affiliate registrar on August 1st. They have to certify rosters by August 11. Coaches tneed o do their background checks, coaching modules and Safesport requirements. As a reminder, all players must have a birth certificate in the system.
• Social Media Manager: Recomedation – Diana Key to fill this position.

Vice President:Practice Jerseys
Sponsorships – Levels and alocations?

Executive Hockey Director:Skills and Off Ice training now until traing camp begins?

Coach In Chief:
• Update on ice schedule.
• Update on the 14U-AA Division with SYTHL
• Suggested that all Bulls Teams Play in the Tournament being hosted in Pelham in November
• Josh Baker Donated 100 practice pucks, Mark will order a puck bag for each coach

Treasurer:
• Update player deposits.

• Update on the new Website-Team Snap Invites are going out tonight

Travel Coordinator:
• Need to book hotel for Leveling Tournament.-15 Rooms in Huntsville for the leveling Tournament

 Kevin Kong – Player Release- Request for Player Release
 Jash Baker – Corporate Donation; Use of fund by the Bulls.-Donatiion of $3500.00 from Basker and a match from Mass Mutual of 3500.00. Josh would like recommendations for how the donations would be spent.
