AAHA Board Meeting | October 15, 2025

  • Call to Order at 6:30pm
  • Members Present: Brandon Skinner, Jennifer Haithcoat, Mike Talbert, Ashley Slater, Taylor Dicken, Stacy Perry, Diane Key, Josh Harris
    • Absent: Michael Bell
    • Announcement of Quorum: Yes

New Business / Committee Reports

President (Brandon Skinner):

  • 2 Board Members have resigned, Kip Cole and Justin Cole.  Thank you to both Kip and Justin for your hard work during your time on the board, you will be missed.
  • Have been appointed President which vacated the Vice President position.  Patrick Johnson was voted in as interim Vice President.
  • The season has started for the teams:
    • 16u has their first out of town weekend.  Taylor was able to accompany the team and was on the bench.  He sent some information on things he observed to Coach Dave Bradley.
    • 14u had their host weekend.  Thank you to the volunteers for helping make the weekend run smoothly.
  • Moving forward, will need names and mobile numbers of the people signed up to run the score sheet iPad for the host weekends by no later than one week in advance so this information can be emailed to SYTHL.
  • Congratulations on 10u team for winning the Tournament in Nashville.
  • Pro Bull Players are back in town and are finishing up with their mandatory team events. They should be available for practices starting next week.
  • Will start a list of players interested in working the Pro Bulls games.

 

Secretary (Jennifer Haithcoat):

  • Had a parent presentation that went well again.

Registrar (Mike Talbert):

  • All team rosters are completed and look good.
  • Let Mike know if there need to be any changes for any upcoming league weekends or tournaments

Director of Hockey Development (Taylor Dicken):

  • Pro Players will be as scheduled next week
  • Had a good experience being on the bench with different teams and will continues to be involved with all of them throughout the season

Travel Coordinator (Stacy Perry):

  • No updates at this time

Treasurer (Ashley Slater):

  • Got taxes paid

Social Media (Diane Key):

  • Has all of the head shots to start working on the team poster for the lobby
  • Nathan is still working on the touch ups for the individual pictures and then he will get them out to everyone who ordered
  • Remember to post pics of the teams on the Facebook page
  • Send videos by email

Pro Bulls (Michael Bell):

  • No updates at this time

Pelham Hockey Director (Josh Harris):

  • No updates at this time
