AAHA Board Meeting | August 11, 2025

  • Call to Order at 6:31pm
  • Members Present: Kip Cole (Zoom), Jennifer Haithcoat (Zoom), Mike Talbert (Zoom), Ashley Slater (Zoom), Stacy Perry (Zoom), Diane Key (Zoom)
    • Absent: Brandon Skinner, Taylor Dicken, Justin Cole, Josh Harris, Michael Bell
    • Announcement of Quorum: Yes

New Business Committee Reports

President (Kip Cole):

  • Welcome to the August 2025 Board Meeting
  • Has some updates from Brandon and Taylor as they are unable to attend
    • Brandon Skinner:
      • The Red Jerseys are in, they will be distributed this week especially for the 10u leveling tournament.  The other uniforms should be in next week.  Track suits are currently in route.
      • If anyone has any ideas for fundraisers, let Brandon know.  We will be working with Michael Bell to continue the jersey auctions and on ice help.
    • Taylor Dicken:
      • Working with coaches to make sure they have everything up to date to start the season
      • PreSeason camp is starting today
  • Will know more about the schedule after the 10u leveling is completed this weekend.

 

Vice President (Brandon Skinner):

  • Information updated during meeting by president

Director of Hockey Development (Taylor Dicken):

  • Information updated during meeting by president

Travel Coordinator (Stacy Perry):

  • After leveling is completed, we will start sending out hotel information for the league weekends.  Expect that in the next couple of weeks.

Treasurer (Ashley Slater):

  • Sent coaches and assistant coaches information
  • Will be watching for the league weekend invoices
  • Wants to clarify if the Pro Bulls will come out 1 or 2 nights per week.  ANSWER PER KIP – We will have to find out what their availability will be, Simchuk and Kerr may be helping next week and until the players get back into town.

Secretary (Jennifer Haithcoat):

  • Had a good experience for the parent presentation last week.  The next one won’t be until October.

Registrar (Mike Talbert):

  • Working on getting the 10u Roster entered for the leveling tournament

Social Media (Diane Key):

  • Pre-Season clinics going on this week.  Can use the same link to add more nights if wanted.
  • Team photos are officially scheduled for September 27th.  The specific times ill be sent out at a later time.  Will do a Google Order Form for pre-orders of pictures.  Prices will be about the same as last season.  We will use the red jerseys for the pictures.

Informatics (Justin Cole):

Pro Bulls (Michael Bell):

Pelham Hockey Director (Josh Harris):

  • No updates at this time
