Alabama Amateur Hockey Association Mission and Values
AAHA is a voluntary, non-profit association that encourages, develops, advances, and administers the sport of youth hockey in the city of Birmingham and its surrounding communities.
The organization also conducts the competitive/travel league program in the Birmingham market, providing players the opportunity to learn, develop, and master fundamental skills of hockey in a competitive environment, while also developing and promoting character, integrity, sportsmanship, and teamwork.
The Birmingham Bulls Hockey Program is proudly affiliated with USA Hockey. USA Hockey provides the foundation for the sport of ice hockey in America, helps young people become leaders, and connects the game at every level while promoting a lifelong love of the sport.
Additionally, the Bulls organization adheres to SafeSport principles and training. The U.S. Center for SafeSport is an independent nonprofit committed to building a sport community where participants can work and learn together free of emotional, physical and sexual abuse and misconduct.
