AAHA Board Meeting | November 12, 2025

  • Call to Order at 6:21pm
  • Members Present: Brandon Skinner, Patrick Johnson, Jennifer Haithcoat, Mike Talbert, Ashley Slater, Taylor Dicken, Stacy Perry, Diane Key
    • Absent: Josh Harris, Michael Bell
    • Announcement of Quorum: Yes

New Business / Committee Reports

 

President (Brandon Skinner):

  • If you have a player who is suspended during a game, remember to report that to SYTHL, otherwise the coach will be suspended
  • Thank you to Taylor for the help working with each team

Vice President (Patrick Johnson):

  • Working on updating the website with new content.  Updating pictures and information.  The individual teams now have information showing for their teams.  Working on updating the coaches information next.
  • Also working on shortening the website URL (Name)
  • Trying to use Google Meet for the monthly meeting versus Zoom.  This is the first trial with Meet.  Can go back if this option is not working well.
  • Working to have agenda and minutes posted to the website

 

Secretary (Jennifer Haithcoat):

  • Started updating the bylaws.  Will be working over some time to get those completed.
  • Next Learn to Play parent presentation will be Dec 3rd

Registrar (Mike Talbert):

  • If team managers need a link for a roster, please let Mike know.

Director of Hockey Development (Taylor Dicken):

  • No updates at this time

Travel Coordinator (Stacy Perry):

  • Putting together a festival package (tablecloth, foam pucks, etc) to use for Pro Bulls Games and Local Festivals.

Treasurer (Ashley Slater):

  • Will be sending the invoice out for the second jersey order soon
  • Will be working on a budget update because some expenses have been higher than expected.  Will be ready to discuss at the end of season banquet.

Social Media (Diane Key):

  • Got the proof for the lobby poster and sent back some corrections that need to be made.
  • Will start working soon on the end of year videos, so send in pictures and videos

Pro Bulls (Michael Bell):

  • No updates at this time

Pelham Hockey Director (Josh Harris):

  • No updates at this time
